Our parent company, Prototechniques, was a tool & die company that was founded in 1989 and specialized in prototype automotive parts. As laser cutting technologies rapidly advanced, the need for a cost-effective approach to recreating die's became apparent.

  Established in 1993, Novi Laser, Inc. provides laser cutting services for industry in the Metro Detroit area. We are strategically located just outside the Motor City in Wixom, Michigan.

  Started out in a modest 10,000 sq/ft building, we assembled a group of highly-trained personnel who learned everything there is to know about lasers. We now have a large 25,000 sq/ft facility for production with a separate 9,000 sq/ft warehouse for storage.

  We have amassed a variety of 8 total, up-to-date lasers along with 125-ton and 300-ton press brakes.
